1. Can I use service for just one hour?

Yes, we offer 30 min babysitter/nanny services.

Can you watch my child outside of the hotel where we are staying?

Yes. We can take your child for a walk around the hotel. Besides, If you would like us to take your child out the place where you are going, we will be pleased.However the transportation fee could be charged. Contact us to see how much it would cost.

Do you make baby food for my baby?

Unfortunately, we don’t cook any for your baby due to safety.
However we offer Japanese shop-bought baby food (¥500/each meal).

Will you also do the housework?

We are not able to offer tasks that may affect childcare operations, such as cooking, doing laundry or doing the dishes.We are happy to perform tasks related to your child's care, such as heating meals, or putting toys away.

Will you provide toys or story books as we don't have any?

Yes. We are able to bring some toys or story books, if required. Please let us know when booking. We’ll be pleased to play thoes toys or story books with your child.
